At 18 years old, J is the newest rapper coming out of Boston, Massachusetts. He started writing at the age of 13 and started recording at the age of 15. For the past three years, he has been releasing a slew of new material, trying to get his name out there as well as his music. He was born in Cambridge, Massachusetts and still lives there to this day. He began his career mentored by Boston rapper Kabir Sen, and used the knowledge that he acquired from Sen in order to branch out on his own career path. He is unsigned as of now, but hopefully not for long, and is currently working on has completed one album, "Before The World Was Mine" which was released on May 26th, 2009. The first single from the album is entitled "Tears Do Fall" which will be followed by the second, much contrasted single "Come With Me". J is just recording music because its what he loves to do, and hopes that one day he can share his artistry with the rest of the world, and anyone who wants to listen.
