Word is that Lil Wayne will be serving an 8 month sentence. This is from him carrying a .40 cal or some shit. I don't really know what he did, but a DNA strand on the gun confirms the chances of it being Weezy's. If he pleads guilty like he should, he gets 8 months in jail otherwise it could be up to 15 years.
Looks like Re-Birth is about to be Re-Killed...again.
